Eligible Refunds and Replacements
Because many of our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size selection
- Buyer’s remorse
- Preference-related concerns
However, we gladly replace or refund items that:
- Arrive damaged
- Contain manufacturing defects
- Contain printing errors or factory misprints
- Exhibit significant quality issues
Reporting an Issue

- Photographs showing the defect or damage
Return Shipping
For approved claims involving defects, damage, or manufacturing issues, Sunday Evening will cover return shipping costs when required.
